We are seeking an Administrator to work in our Bucasia Community Kindergarten on a part time basis each week.

About the Role

We are looking for an experience administrator to join the team at our Lady Gowrie Bucasia Community Kindergarten . In this role you will support the kindergarten team at each service. This role is part time working 12 hours per week on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

About you

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

  • Knowledge of the education and care services industry and relevant legislation is highly desirable

  • Demonstrate a “can-do” work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond

  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to address inquiries and concerns with professionalism and compassion

  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to a diverse range of personalities and support scenarios

  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and promptly resolving support issues

  • Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail

  • Maintain a strong positive attitude, even in challenging situations

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing and/or changing priorities and meet deadlines

  • A valid Blue Card

  • Articulate and professional presentation
