We're Hiring: Experienced Plant Operators - Civil & Mining

Exciting opportunities exist for experienced plant operators to join the team at Allstate Civil!

We are seeking skilled operators with an eye for civil construction to work on major projects across the Bowen Basin.

These are Drive-In / Drive-Out (DIDO) positions, ideally suited to applicants from the Moranbah, Mackay, Rockhampton & Emerald regions.

We offer a range of services, catering to a diverse range of projects. Our construction capabilities include roadworks, water storage dam construction, tailings dam remediation, pipelines, drains, levees, and culvert installation, among others.

The Role

As a Skilled Plant Operator, you will be instrumental in supporting our civil construction operations. You will operate and maintain a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to the highest safety and efficiency standards. The ideal candidates will be highly skilled, safety-conscious, and team-oriented. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with the below capabilities:

• Excavator (Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating excavators with GPS and Final Trim capabilities is required)

• Articulated Dump Truck

• Roller (Padfoot and Smooth Drum)

• HR Water Truck

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional work ethic & reliable attendance

• A strong commitment to safety and quality standards

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence

• Current RII qualifications

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Excellent communication skills

Desirable Skills & Certifications

• Current Coal Board Medical

• Standard 11 (Surface Induction)

• Relevant RIIs (preferred)

• BMA site inductions
