About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR & Safety Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role in supporting both people operations and workplace safety.


This role ensures accurate HR administration, compliance with employment legislation, and the coordination of safety systems, training, and reporting to promote a safe and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support

  • Support Management and Payroll with maintaining employee records

  • Assist with the development of Policies and Procedures and maintain document control systems.

  • Support internal communications and policy rollouts

  • Maintain WHS systems, registers, and documentation

  • Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and follow-ups

  • Support training coordination and compliance tracking

  • Help ensure adherence to employment and safety legislation

  • Assist with audits, accreditation, and regulatory reporting

Skills and experience

  • Experience in HR administration, safety, or a similar role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and SharePoint (preferred)

  • Knowledge of Fair Work and WHS legislation (preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Strong communication and confidentiality skills

  • Certificate IV in HR or WHS (or equivalent experience)
