As Branch Manager, you’ll lead our Mackay branch, driving performance across Sales, Service and Installations while ensuring the branch operates safely, efficiently and profitably.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who understands numbers, builds strong teams, and holds people accountable for results.

What You’ll Do

• Own branch profitability, performance and forecasting

• Lead Sales, Service and Installation teams to achieve KPIs

• Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and customer outcomes

• Coach and develop team members while maintaining high standards

• Identify issues early and take action
