Rebel Nation has a permanent position available for a Marketing Assistant or Executive (full or part-time hours) – someone who has that special blend of both analytical + creative abilities needed to develop solid, strategic marketing solutions that are inventive + 100% brand-aligned.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

From entry level to seniors - we're open to all levels, to find the right person. This is the type of experience we're looking for, or that you will gain in this role - or both!

• Marketing strategy (overarching plans, campaigns, social strategies etc)

• Copywriting + content marketing

• Digital marketing (eg websites, socials, Google Ads, SEO)

• Analytics + reporting

• Client + project management

• Deadline + time management

One of the most important things will be a good team fit. That’s not something you can put into a resume, but just letting you know – we love our team dynamic, so we’ll be looking for someone who enjoys a bit of crazy, and a lot of work.

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Hours will be sorted with the right person - prefer Mon-Fri but we're super flexible with all that kind of stuff + there's also the opportunity to have a monthly RDO

• Based in Mackay CBDish (we’re just outside the main centre – easier parking but super close to everything still)

• In-office role - pls don't apply if you're looking for remote work (unless you like wasting your own time, in which case - have at it 😉)

• Applications will need your cover letter, resume + references - portfolios are optional (we know it can be tricky to make a marketing + communications "portfolio", but if you’d like to share samples of your work – go for it)
