Digger Operators & All Round Operators

• Roster: 7/7 – 12hr shifts (Day/Night)

• BIBO provided from Mackay or Townsville

• Digger Operators – Up to $80/hr with bonuses + Superannuation

• All Round Operators – Up to $68/hr with bonuses + Superannuation

About Our Client

Our client is a leading Australian mining contractor with extensive experience delivering mining services across Australia and Southeast Asia. With a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and career development, they are currently seeking experienced Operators to join the team at the Byerwen Coal Mine in Queensland.

What You Will Be Doing

Operators will be responsible for:

• Operating CAT 9800 Excavators or equivalent machinery

• Operating haul trucks and additional machinery including dozers, loaders, and graders

• Supporting daily production and mining activities

• Maintaining safe and efficient operation of equipment

• Adhering to all site safety procedures and operational requirements

What You Will Need

• Previous coal mining experience

• Experience operating CAT 9800 Excavators or equivalent (for Digger roles)

• ARO candidates must be competent on Truck plus 2 skills (Dozer, Loader or Grader)

• Relevant machinery tickets and competencies

• Ability to pass NPC (National Police Check) and PEM (Pre-Employment Medical)

• Valid Driver’s Licence and current Resume
