As part of our continued growth, we are inviting applications from skilled and motivated individuals to join our team in the following roles:

Retail Store Manager

Locations: Sarina, Balberra, Glenella, Slade Point

Salary: $78,000 – $82,000 + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, meet sales targets, and achieve KPIs.

• Lead by example, inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.

• Collaborate with HR to manage workplace matters effectively.

• Ensure compliance with all OHS/HSSE requirements.

• Manage all store operations: stock control, procurement, cost management, andfinancial reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues.

• Work closely with the Operations Manager on budgeting, efficient rostering, andcost control.

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for administrative and reporting tasks.

• Uphold strict food safety standards in accordance with our food safety plan.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.

• Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
