About The Role: 

We are seeking a person to join our Hire Operations Team based out of our headquarters in Mackay. This fulltime role is very hands-on and includes preparing our hire fleet for dispatch, accepting off hire returns, completing pre & post hire inspections, repairs and cleaning. The successful person will possess a keen eye for attention to detail, strong communication skills and be a team player. Full training provided.

Reporting to the Hire Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Transport preparation

• Ensuring all buildings / containers leaving our premises are presented in a clean and tidy condition, including completing all necessary documents

• Maintenance of required paperwork for goods inwards and dispatch

• Quality Assurance requirements

 Skills and experience required:

• Must be able to communicate effectively and work productively

• Demonstrated experience in a similar workshop environment

• Must be able to work unsupervised and within a team environment

• Must have a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety and work ethic

• Must be able to pass a medical which includes drug and alcohol testing

• Must be an Australian citizen or have the right to work in Australia.
